She is survived by: her sons, Craig Tremblay and Daniel Hammerbeck; her grandchildren, Isabella and Logan; her sister Bonney Andreucci; and her daughter-in-law Wendy Hammerbeck. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to the Parkinsons Disease Charity.
