She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Dutra and Maria Dutra (Borge); her husband Domingos F. Costa; her son Jose Manuel of Sao Miguel; her sons-in-law, Jose Lazaro and Jonathan Rice; and her great grandchild Amelia Paquin.
She is survived by: her children, Maria, Anjos of London, Ontario, Connie Aguiar (John) of Fitchburg, Miguel Costa (Manuela) of Fitchburg, Angelo Costa (Rosarinha) of Fitchburg, Ilda Machado (Humberto) of Fitchburg, Ana Costa of Fitchburg and Paula Rice of Lunenburg; her grandchildren, Nelson Lazaro, Eric Aguiar (Kristy Cole), Jason, Bonnie Lazaro, Laura, Patrick Paquin, Adam Saball, Brian, Christina Costa, Jeff Machado, Mike, Jessica Costa, Jeremy, Courtney Machado, Zach Costa, Tyler Cordio and Olivia Cordio; and her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Victor, Kennedy, Sofia, Callahan, Charlotte, Holden and Sullivan.
