She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Shields and Mary Shields (Scanlon); her siblings, Richard Shields and Mary "Pat" Pietila; her nieces and nephews, Susan McCallister, Nancy Ray, Richie Shields, Johnny Shields and Jimmy Badagliacca; and her great-nephews, Craig and Nic Madigan.
She is survived by: her siblings, Eileen "Dee" Badagliacca, Thomas Shields and John Shields (Jodee); and her nieces and nephews, Kathy Miccile, Stephen Shields, Ann Proctor, Thomas Shields, Daniel Shields, Karen Pietila, Kim Graustein, Marylou Gaudet and Joanne Madigan.
