Marshall E. Provost Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Marshall E. Provost (Fitchburg, Massachusetts). Marshall, born on May 9, 1946, passed away on September 20, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marshall E. Provost to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Marion Lazaro; his brother Richard Provost; and his parents, Francis Provost and Rita Provost (White). He is survived by: his wife F. Hilary Provost (Orr); his daughters, Bonnie Lee O'Brien (Richard) of Oxford and Cheryl Matthews of Missouri; his stepson Albert Lazaro of Oxford; and his sisters, Sheila Evans of Townsend, Donna Errede of Grafton and Gerry O'Toole. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Paradis-Givner Funeral Home (357 Main St, Oxford, MA 01540). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Church (569 Main St, Fitchburg, MA 01420).
