He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Belliveau and Dorothy Belliveau (Richard); and his brother Richard Belliveau of Fitchburg. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia L. Belliveau (Quintal); his daughter Darcie A. Belliveau of Leominster; his siblings, R. Denis Belliveau of Fitchburg and Christine (Jack Dufresne) of Westminster; his stepdaughters, Tricia Rapp of Westminster and Kimberly Fortune of Westminster; his stepgranddaughter Madisyn Rapp; and his sibling Claire Therrien of Westminster.
