She was predeceased by: her parents, Sebastiano and Antoinette Gerante (Turrito); her former husband Anthony Membrino; her husband Charles Sala; her granddaughter Tricia Membrino; and her siblings, Vito Gerante, Theresa Liberatore, Anna Valeri and Jane Stoddard.
She is survived by: her children, Norma DiPasquale (Bernard) of Fitchburg, Anthony Membrino (Patricia) of Lunenburg, Paul Membrino (Julie) of Westminster and Teresa Imhoff (Peter) of Dublin, NH; her grandchildren, David Beaulac (Amy), Michael Beaulac, James Beaulac (Conneely), Jill Membrino, Melissa Membrino (Michael Sherman), Paul Membrino (Ali Lincoln), Thomas Membrino (Danielle), Joshua Imhoff, Charlie Imhoff and Bette Imhoff; and her sister Virginia Carter of Fitchburg. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Isabelle & Anderson Funeral Home (316 Clarendon St, Fitchburg, MA 01420). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Church (84 Salem St, Fitchburg, MA 01420).
