He is survived by: his wife Carmen Sanchez of Fitchburg; his children, Eduardo Perez of Fitchburg, Robert Perez Jr. of Puerto Rico, Elsa Perez of Leominster, Genesis Perez of Leominster and Diana Cuevas of Puerto Rico; and his sisters, Isabel Perez, Blanca Perez, Zoraida Perez and Acenet Perez. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
