Scott Meloon Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2025, at the age of 75, Scott Meloon (Fitchburg, Massachusetts), born in Salem, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Scott leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Scott may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Merton Meloon and Josephine "Jo" Meloon; and his sister Nancy Scarpignato. He is survived by: his wife Linda Meloon; his daughter Kelsey; his son-in-law Chad Cadran; his grandchildren, Sawyer and Lydia; his sibling's children, Bill Tapply (Bevin) and Erika Ferreira (Matt); his brother-in-law Rick Scarpignato; and his friend John Cheeseman.
