As Sondra departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Sondra may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Sondra leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her mother Alberta Surette. She is survived by: her children, Santo Bernabel and Jeaneya Bernabel; her sisters, Heidi Surette of Leominster, Andrea and Audrea of Worcester; her nieces, Saysha Surette-Jackson (Darien Jackson) of Leominster, Sondrea Surette, Rashaun Ventura of Fitchburg, Jeane Narcisse (Adam Sisouk) of Fitchburg and Jonelle Cameron (Delaino Cameron); Jasiah Cameron of Virginia.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Brandon Funeral Home (305 Wanoosnoc Rd, Fitchburg, MA 01420). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
