She was predeceased by: her parents, David Prince and Tina Lefebrve (Cochran); and her daughter Shannel Ortiz. She is survived by: her close friend Stephen Atkins; her sons, Eddie Ortiz and Malik Ward; her grandmothers, Irene Prince and Elsa Cochran; her siblings, Matt Atkinson and Jane Hampson; her stepbrother Dave Fortin; her daughter-in-law Melissa Arlet; and her boyfriend Manny. She is also survived by five beautiful grandchildren, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
