He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. III and Mary McNiff (Glavey); and his wife Pauline Dimitruk. He is survived by: his brother Tom; his children, Thomas McNiff (Sheila) of Lunenberg and Sharon McNiff of Shirley; his siblings, Mary Ellen Sweeney of Kennebunk, ME, Michael McNiff (Katy) of Westford, James McNiff (Sheryl) of Littleton, Daniel McNiff (Wanda) of Shirley, Maureen McNiff (Marian) of Wells, ME and Kathleen Raffi (Ronald) of Littleton; and his grandsons, Sean, Brandon and Zachary. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
