He is survived by: his parents, Michael Ackerman and Elizabeth Ackerman (Rock) of Florence; his sister Becky; his brother-in-law Brian Nichols of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts; his brothers, James (Brandene Gagnon) of Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts, Jon (Anna Sophie McCabe) of Arlington, Massachusetts, Joseph Ackerman of Japan, Dustin, Brandon Ackerman of Easthampton and Kyle Ackerman of Florence; his grandmother Michelle Davis of Chicopee; his aunts and uncles, Christopher, Michelle Pelletier of Ludlow, Catherine Ouimette of Easthampton, Milton Rock III of Greenfield, Tammy Rock of Enfield, Connecticut, Joseph Rock and Jade Bennett of Martha's Vineyard; and his cousins, Theryn Pelletier, Milton IV Rock, Tyler Rock, Peter, Nick, Simonne Ouimette, Jacob, Daniel, Natalie Rock, Sebastian, Grace Bennett Rock and Michael Dominick. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (15 Park St, Easthampton, MA 01027). A prayer will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a pancreatic cancer or diabetes charity, or to a charity of your choice, in Daemon's memory.
