We announce the death of John E. Dean of Forestdale, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 22, 2026, at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Dean and Helen C. Dean (Madsen); his spouse Leslie "Pudgie" Dean (Coolbrith); and his siblings, Joseph Dean, Robert Dean and Julie Fisher.
He is survived by: his children, Kellie Burgess (Bob) of Middleboro, Kristina Nelson of Buzzards Bay, Jennifer Coletti (John Quimby) of Norton and Kasey Dean of Norton; his grandchildren, Richard Nelson (Jessie), John Nelson, John Coletti, Paul Healey, Jr. and Caitlin Healey; his great grandchildren, Dominic, Keegan, Brody, Madison, Carly, Kennedy and Bryce; and his brother Richard Dean of Holbrook. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
