He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward DeGeorge and Helen DeGeorge (Pickard) of Newton Center; and his brothers, Edward, Gerald, David and Peter.

He is survived by: his wife Catherine DeGeorge (Anthony); his sons, Ethan (Tonya) of Suwanee and Matthew (Julianne) of Plainville; his grandchildren, Owen, Avery and Sophie DeGeorge; and his siblings, Dianne of Portsmouth, NH, Michael of Montpelier, VT, Jane of Franklin and Lisa of Enfield, NH.. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in his memory to the charity of your choice.
