She was predeceased by: her parents, John Johnson and Laura Johnson (Westhaver); and her brother Roger Johnson. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Hatley (Troy) of Bellingham, MA and Carla Henne (Dale) of Newport, TN.; her grandchildren, Caitlin, Andrew, Laura and Jonathan; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Johnson; and her nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Rene and Erica.
In lieu of flowers, Judy's family has requested that donations in her memory be made to the Serenity House, 421 North High Street, Morristown, TN 37814.
