Lloyd Truax Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lloyd Truax of Foxboro, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 17, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Byron Truax, Louis Alfred Truax, Richard Truax, Jean Bortolotti, Lorraine Lincoln and Irene Dorin.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Truax; and his sons, Lloyd Truax, Robert Truax and Paul Truax (Jamie Truax). He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home (30 South St, Foxborough, MA 02035). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (58 Carpenter St, Foxborough, MA 02035). A burial was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at the St. Mary's Cemetery (99 Mechanic St, Foxborough, MA 02035).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in his memory.
