She is survived by: her children, Roderick J. Urquhart of Foxboro, Glenn E. Urquhart of East Falmouth, Valerie J. Urquhart and Peggy Anne Urquhart; her siblings, Joan Sheffer and John Costello; and her grandson Jonathan E. Urquhart of Westwood.
