He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward McNeil and Florence McNeil (Henahen); his wife Marie Louise McNeil (Murray); his son Kenneth McNeil; and his siblings, Paul McNeil, John "Jack" McNeil and Marie Sweeney.
He is survived by: his children, Liana Pottéy (Carl) of Foxborough, Michelle Petrosky (Arnie) of Foxborough, Christina Casali (Joseph) of Dedham, Stephen McNeil (Charlene) of Mansfield, Edward McNeil (Jana) of North Pembroke, Michael McNeil (Alexandra) of Norfolk, Gerard McNeil (Sandra) of Long Island, NY and William McNeil (Elaine) of Scituate.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home (30 South St, Foxborough, MA 02035). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (58 Carpenter St, Foxborough, MA 02035). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in William's memory may be made to Madonna Queen of the Universe Shrine, Don Orione Fathers, 111 Orient Ave, East Boston, MA 02128.
