Barbara E. Fegan Janiak Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara E. Fegan Janiak (Framingham, Massachusetts), born in Boston, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 10, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph A. Delorey and Mary Lillian Delorey (Clancy); her husbands, William H. Fegan, Jr. and Theodore Janiak; and her sisters, Dorothy O'Neil, Eleanor Sullivan (Elinor), Marjorie Szum, Anne Buschini and Margaret Erlandson.

She is survived by: her children, Michael, Lawrence, Gary (Susan DeRoche), Ann (William Nicholson) and Janiak; her stepchildren, Andrew, Peter and Ann; and her grandchildren, Kevin, Nicole, Michelle, Ian, Shannon, Sarah and Erin.

Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the AmMcCarthy, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home & Cremation Services (11 Lincoln St, Framingham, MA 01702). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bridget Church - Framingham (830 Worcester Rd, Framingham, MA 01702). A burial was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Edgell Grove Cemetery (53 Grove St, Framingham, MA 01701).
