He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. McCarty and Mary McCarty (Lewis). He is survived by: his wife Dorit McCarty (Haas); his siblings, Kendall of Waltham and Steven (Mandi) of Framingham; his nephews, Christopher and James; and his cousins, Kim, Kit, Steven, Mary Jane and Jimmy.
