He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Vazquez and Paulina Rodriguez. He is survived by: his wife Rosalia Vazquez (Rivera); and his children, Melvin, Lee, Dennis and Melidenise. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
