In the vast expanse of eternity, Cecelia shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Cecelia farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Moses Segal and Blima Segal. She is survived by: her siblings, Molly Fogarty (Edward) of East Longmeadow, MA, Michael Segal (Kathleen) of Chandler, AZ and Bernard Segal (Cynthia) of Martha's Vineyard.
