We are sad to announce that, on July 9, 2023, at the age of 94, Joan Charlma Jones of Framingham, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Elwood and Helen Jay (Sandall); her husband Teddy Carr Jones; and her siblings, Loreen Hughes, Marilyn Ruckman and Dr. Austin Jay.

She is survived by: her son Sterling Jones; her granddaughters, Ainsley McCowan (Scott McCowan) and Kelsey Byrne (Mark Byrne); her great grandchildren, Audrey and Theodore McCowan; her sisters, Jean Verdin and Kathryn Olney; her sister-in-law Betty Jay; and her brother Donald Jay. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and loving friends and neighbors.
