He was predeceased by: his parents, John Garvey and Agnes Garvey; and his wife Jeanne Crane Garvey. He is survived by: his daughter Jane Russo (Ken) of Framingham, MA; his grandsons, Charles (Emily) of Sudbury, MA and James (Lauren) of Briarcliff Manor, NY; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Thomas, Ellen, Christopher and Jennifer; and his sister Helen Kennedy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
