We announce the death of Karen D. Ryan (Framingham, Massachusetts), who passed away on October 6, 2026. Karen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Karen will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hannula and Janet Hannula (Dean); her husband Michael Ryan; and her brother Eric Hannula. She is survived by: her son Matt Ryan of Salt Lake City, UT; her significant other David Taylor of East Hartford, CT; her brother Mark Hannula (Robin) of Morehead City, NC; and her siblings-in-law, William Ryan (Hope), Susan Ryan of Little Compton, RI, Beth Ryan of Little Compton, RI and Amy Hathaway (Randy) of Little Compton, RI.
