She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer T. Chaput and Marjorie Chaput (Eaton). She is survived by: her siblings, Mary M. Daniels of Bellingham, Bruce A. Chaput (Maria) of Framingham, Mark M. Chaput of Framingham, Thomas L. Chaput (Kathy S. Clapp) of Holliston and Anne E. Broadbent (Jesse). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
