She was predeceased by : her parents, James T. Fay, Sr. and Mildred B. Fay; her husband Joseph J. Grifone; and her brother James T. Fay, Jr.. She is survived by : her sisters-in-law, Zabel P. Fay and Anne H. Grifone Hiland; her niece Sheryl L. Seymour; her nephews, Brian J. Fay, Jerome L. Fay and Sean N. Fay; her stepson Joseph D. Grifone; and her stepgrandchildren, Joseph D. Grifone, Jr. and Nicole Grifone.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Friends of the Framingham Library, 49 Lexington Street, Framingham, MA 01702.
