She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Hanson; her parents, Frank Tirrell and Lillian Tirrell (Gorman); her son Michael Hanson; her son-in-law Kevin Hagerty; and her siblings, Shirley Tirrell, Dottie Perry, Frank Tirrell and John Tirrell.
She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Tirrell (Joanne) of Framingham, William Tirrell of Thailand and Elaine Tirrell of Charlestown; her children, Thomas Hanson (Martha) of Framingham and Karen Hagerty (Mark Toomy) of Framingham; and her grandchildren, Kristi Daley (Mark) of Framingham, Kevin C. Hagerty of Framingham, Katie Bedell (Terry) of New Hampshire, Kelly Hagerty of Milford, Matthew Hanson (Jacqui) of Ashby and Elizabeth Hanson of Somerville. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Norton, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home (53 Beech St, Framingham, MA 01702). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anselm Church - Sudbury (100 Landham Rd, Sudbury, MA 01776). A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Edgell Grove Cemetery (53 Grove St, Framingham, MA 01701).
