It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Alfred Rader of Framingham, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 18, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Richard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rader (Dutch) and Dorothy Rader; and his wife Carol. He is survived by: his sister Mary Randall of Enumclaw, WA; his sons, Richard Rader (Suzanne) of Winchendon, MA and Charles Rader (Nancy) of River Falls, WI; and his grandchildren, Erica, Gregory and Rebecca.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to First Parish in Framingham MA, Worcester Academy, or St. Mark's School.
