He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane; and his sister Barbara Dolan. He is survived by: his children, Robert Jr. (Amy), Darrell, Bonita and Shawn. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Norton, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home (53 Beech St, Framingham, MA 01702). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stephen Church (251 Concord St, Framingham, MA 01702). A burial was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 11:15 AM at the St. Stephens Cemetery (1 Fenwick St, Framingham, MA 01701).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The American Red Cross, https://www.redcross.org, an organization that was incredibly close to his heart.
