Nichols (Kristen); his grandchildren, Kayla Mazzara, Stephen Mazzara (Amina), Matthew Mazzara, Bryant Nardizzi (Ella), Bryce Nardizzi, Jared Nardizzi, Nathan Nichols, Trevor Nardizzi, Jonathan Nichols, Jr., Ashlyn Nichols, Davin Nichols and Justin Nichols; his great grandchild Mila Mazzara; his grandchildren, Luca Mazzara and Cecilia Bloom; his brother Kenneth A. Nichols; his sister-in-law Christine M. Murgo; his longtime assistant Janice H. Ostrander; and his caregivers, Tazmann J. Crawford and Sun C. Santos. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
