She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. Sr. Rockey and Mildred M. Rockey (Tracy); and her brother Robert Rockey, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Paul M. Hart; and her children, Tracie Hart (Joaquim Fidalgo) and Andrew Hart.
