It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah P. Cramer (Framingham, Massachusetts), who passed away on April 24, 2025, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sarah P. Cramer to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid adieu to Sarah's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Sarah has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She is survived by: her mother Janet Cramer; her significant other Brian Rogers of Framingham; her father Robert Cramer (Lisa Nickerson) of Wayland; her sister Courtney Cramer (Andrew Rowley); her nieces and nephews, Amaya and Cora of Framingham; and her siblings, Hallie Carrao (Justin Carrao) of San Francisco and Matthew Cramer of Philadelphia.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Sarah "Scrams" Cramer Legacy Fund, established to honor her memory by investing in areas that foster mental health well-being and the creative arts.
