It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denise Barnhart-Dowling of Franklin, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 16, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Denise shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Denise farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles H. Barnhart and Anna Marie Barnhart (Ems); and her children, Shannon Dowling of Foxborough, MA, Brooke Munafo of Blackstone, MA, Nicholas Dowling of Foxborough, MA, Jessica Dowling of Franklin, TN and Jonathan Dowling of Cane Ridge, TN..
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home (30 South St, Foxborough, MA 02035). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (58 Carpenter St, Foxborough, MA 02035).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Denise's honor to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
