With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothea Catherine Thibodeau of Franklin, Massachusetts, born in Dorchester, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 21, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lionel Roland Thibodeau; her parents, Arthur Clark and Helen Clark (Carr); and her siblings, Helen Elliot, Mary Dellamano and Arthur Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Roland Thibodeau (Gina) of Blackstone, Richard Thibodeau of Franklin, Paul Thibodeau (Heather) of Newmarket, Stephen Thibodeau (Veronica) of Woonsocket and Denise Wetherell (Andrew) of Franklin; her grandchildren, Ashley Hinmon (Bryan), Gary Prentice (Stephanie), Eric Thibodeau (Aline), Cullen Wetherell, Sarah Thibodeau, Hayden Thibodeau (Shea), Kasie Wetherell, Megan Thibodeau and Emily Thibodeau; her sister Anna Anderson (Richard) of Wrentham; and her sister-in-law Donna Clark. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to floral limitations at the National Cemetery, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
