With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Fitzgerald of Franklin, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 27, 2026 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Douglas shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Douglas farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Fitzgerald and Helen Fitzgerald (Lord). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne C. Fitzgerald (Webber); his daughters, Kara Rutledge (Mathew) of Northborough and Kelly McCraw (Joseph); his sister Deborah Abbott of West Creek; and his grandchildren, Jackson and Shea Rutledge.
