He is survived by: his wife Elaine (Theroux Murray); his children, Debbie Fishbaugh (Mark) of Cornelius, NC, Dawn Stahl of Franklin, MA and James E. Akerman (Bonnie) of Jefferson, NH.; his stepdaughter Shayna Murray; his stepgranddaughter Savanna of Bellingham, MA; his former wife Marcia Wiles; his grandchildren, Andrew, Jack, Julia Fishbaugh of Cornelius, NC, Hannah, Lindsay, Jonathan Stahl of Franklin, MA, James and Hailey Akerman of Jefferson, NH.; and his brother John L. Akerman (Elizabeth) of Mansfield, MA..
