She is survived by: her children, Donna Garner (Paul (New Zealand)), Robert Williamson (Melissa (Santa Rosa), Gayle Simons (James (Chesapeake), James Williamson and Douglas Williamson (Amber Giandomenico (Mashpee); her grandchildren, Rory, Aislinn, Shane, Adeline, Rosa Garner, Ryan, Allison Williamson, Jenna, Braelyn Williamson DeRocher, Connor, Logan Simons and Lucas Brochu; her great grandchildren, Soren, Autumn Garner and Kayi Garner-Ahmadi; and her sisters, Margaret (Margie) and Rita. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The McCarthy Care Center of East Sandwich in honor of Joan's lifelong commitment to helping others.
