He is also survived by his friends and co-workers.

“I started working with Bucky in 2002 as a summer help employee. After 6 summers, I scored a full time gig, from there it was endless salt shifts on salt shift 2 with Buck and crew that always coincided when the patriots were playing. Hence Bucky just wanted to watch football and maybe get lucky enough to hit a $2 square. Meanwhile he was loading salters and keeping the public roadways safe. No pun he was “the salt of The Earth.” Gonna miss ya. He was a dedicated/respected public employee!”
