He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bailey and Esther Bailey; and his siblings, Arthur, Frederick, Richard, Robert Bailey and Rhoda O'Leary (Bailey).
He is survived by: his wife Hope Bailey (Terhune); and his son Douglas Bailey of Marlborough. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grandnieces and nephews.
