He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hale of Baldwinville; his daughters, Jennifer L. Tutlis of Baldwinville and Kelly A. Tutlis of Baldwinville; his sister Constance Nobrega of Gardner; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Silva and Elvin Hale. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
