He was predeceased by: his parents, George MacAdams and Frances MacAdams; and his brother Timothy MacAdams. He is survived by: his son Mark MacAdams; his grandchildren, Mark MacAdams and Molly MacAdams; and his sister Audrey Penney.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mack Family Funeral Homes- Gardner Chapel (105 Central St, Gardner, MA 01440). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery (111 Glenallen St, Winchendon, MA 01475).
