He was predeceased by: his brother Peter "Mike" Atter; and his parents, Joseph Atter and Lama Atter. He is survived by: his siblings, Salma Jabbour of Tiverton, RI and Franklin Atter (Barbara) of Chatham, MA; and his close friend Eleanor "Ellie" Fox of Knightdale, NC.. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.
