He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Piascik and Frances V. Piascik (Reynolds). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia A. Piascik (Laperriere) of Gardner; his children, Tyler Piascik of Gardner, Tara Cormier (Craig) of Gardner and Tiffany Piascik (Samantha); his grandchildren, Domenic Masingo, Xavier, Amelia, Oliver Cormier, Ari and Silas Piascik; his sisters, Virginia Moreau (Mark) of Fitchburg and Debra Neshe (James) of Stafford Springs, CT; his brothers-in-law, Ronald Laperriere of Millville, NJ and Ricky Laperriere (Tina) of Winchendon; Dylan Luera of Brookline, NH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc. (110 Nichols St, Gardner, MA 01440). Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Boucher Funeral Home (110 Nichols St, Gardner, MA 01440). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
