She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence F. Slavitsko; her grandparents, Joseph, Eileen Slavitsko, Robert Scott and Fay Smith (Scott); her mother-in-law Martha Allen Simmerer of Hubbardston; and her brother-in-law Craig Simmerer of Gardner.
She is survived by: her friend David A. Simmerer; her stepfather Dana Bergman of Stamford, Vermont; her siblings, Kerry L. Davin of Cherry Valley, Sean Davin of Worcester and Daniel Bergman (Emily) of Worcester; her father-in-law David W. Simmerer of Hubbardston; her sister Robin; her brother-in-law Steven DeMasi of Gardner; her siblings' children, Ariana Davin of Jacksonville, Maria Bergman of Worcester and John Bergman of Worcester; and her cousin Kelli Corbeil of Brattleboro.
