With sadness, we share the passing of Kurt William Leslie (Gardner, Massachusetts). Kurt, born on November 20, 1950 in Worcester, Massachusetts, passed away on September 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Kurt for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Leslie and Martha Leslie (Deitmer); and his sister Lois Badwan. He is survived by: his wife Amy Leslie (Simonds); his children, Nancy Duffy (John E.) and Scott Leslie (Melissa Staiti); his grandchildren, Alannah and John P. Duffy; and his siblings, Gayle Milla and William Leslie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mack Family Funeral Homes- Gardner Chapel (105 Central St, Gardner, MA 01440).
