She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Hazzard and Marjorie Hazzard; and her sister Carol Hazzard. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Williams; her children, Monty Pearson, Anthony Pearson, Adrian Williams and Marcus Williams; her grandchildren, Anthony Pearson, Amari Pearson, Myla Pearson, Catalina Williams and Micah Williams; and her sister Gail Schuyler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel (370 Plantation St, Worcester, MA 01605). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lillian's memory to UMass Memorial Health, Cancer Research.
