With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Meunier of Gardner, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 20, 2025 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marie Meunier to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Blakely and Eleanor Blakely (Mitchell); her stepmother Katherine Blakely; her husband George Meunier; and her brother Robert Blakely.
She is survived by: her sister Marlene Champagne; her sisters-in-law, Claire Albee and Marsha Stillings; her children, Stan Meunier (Kathy) of Templeton, Denise Merriam of Gardner, Rhea Amidon (Jim) of Murrells Inlet, SC, Debbie Meunier of Charlotte, NC, Cindy Meunier (Joe Fontaine), Dean Meunier (Brenda) of Templeton, Laurie Lyons (Paul) of Phillipston and Steven Meunier (Lisa) of Summerville, SC.; and her grandchildren, Shawn Meunier, Angie Berkey, Nathan Gotantas, Niki Watson, Erik Kangas, David King, Adam King, Chad King, Reece Meunier, Hannah Stymiest, Kira Rosengren, Amanda Favreau, Samantha Reyes, Demi Favreau, Corey Meunier and Coral Horne.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc. (110 Nichols St, Gardner, MA 01440). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Church (1 Forest St, Baldwinville, MA 01436). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (295 School St, Winchendon, MA 01475). A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
