He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert T. Bouchard and Jeannette P. Bouchard (LaPrise). He is survived by: his sisters, Lynn Hager (Steve) of Gardner and Lori O'Rourke (Brian Clough) of Gardner; his nephews, Nicholas O'Rourke, Ryan O'Rourke (Sarah Farley) and Brent Hager (Kim); his great-niece Peyton O'Rourke; and his uncle Donald LaPrise of Leominster.
