He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Flanagan and Mary Flanagan (Osborn); and his brother Craig Flanagan. He is survived by: his sister Marcia Flanagan of Royalston; his niece Amanda Basso (Tony) of Swanzey, NH; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ivy and Connor; and his aunt Ann Talbot of Westminster.
